Before there was the Internet, these were the first Web messages!
The Phoenix Theatre for Children presents the much beloved barnyard fable "Charlotte's Web," Feb. 25 through March 6.
The story of the beautiful friendship between a petite pig named Wilbur and the wise web builder Charlotte is taken from book to stage.
Charlotte, possibly the first creature to ever send a message over "the web," is credited with saving Wilbur from slaughter by showering him with superlatives like "TERRIFIC" and "SOME PIG" spelled in spider silk. It's bound to be "SOME SHOW."
