Oh, you’re going to like this one — we’ve got a family four-pack of tickets to give away today to Wednesday’s opening night production of Cirque du Soleil’s Dralion!
What can we tell you that you don’t already know about Cirque du Soleil? This show has the usual cool lineup of acrobats, gymnasts, musicians, singers and comedic characters. And this one is billed as: “fusing the 3000 year-old tradition of Chinese acrobatic arts with the multidisciplinary approach of Cirque du Soleil.” The show “draws its inspiration from Eastern philosophy and its never-ending quest for harmony between humans and nature. The show’s name is derived from its two emblematic creatures: the dragon, symbolizing the East, and the lion, symbolizing the West.”
What else do you need to know? Well, if you’d like to win the tickets to Wednesday’s 7:30 p.m. show at the Schottenstein Center, go to our Facebook page and follow the instructions there. A winner will be announced on Tuesday, and that winner will be able to pick up their tickets at the Schott’s Will Call window on Wednesday (we’ll just need your name to make that happen).
