The Little Buckeye Imagination Sessions are a great excuse to head to Dawes Arboretum before summer ends. The children's programs are designed to help kids connect with the natural world.

Topics include trees, weather, flowers and living creatures.Arboretum education specialists will use activities, songs, crafts and games to teach children about nature during the hour-long sessions. The free programs are Wednesdays at noon through Aug. 29.
