At the Worthington Community Center

The Worthington Community Center has a treat for you this Halloween - a costume swap!

Families can drop of their clean, gently-used costumes at the center through Friday, Oct. 2. Anyone who brings in costume will receive a ticket that can be used to "shop" for another costume during the exchange set for 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 3. Families bringing in multiple costumes will receive a ticket for each one. Tickets will only be given for full costumes.

Accessories - fairy wings, cowboy hats, etc. - may be donated for the "pieces and parts" table but will not be eligible for a costume ticket.

The center also will accept costume donations from people who do not wish to receive a ticket. Leftover costumes will be saved for next year or donated to charity.

The event also will include visits from princesses and superheroes, who will pose for photos with children.

The Community Center is located at 345 E. Wilson Bridge Road, Worthington, 43085. For questions, visit worthington.org/calendar.aspx?view=list&year=2015&month=10&day=3 or call 614-436-2743.
