There's still plenty of time to catch central Ohio's newest holiday lights event.
The Ohio Chinese Lantern Festival, which is making its first visit to the state, continues at the Ohio Expo Center & State Fair through Jan. 2.
Part holiday lights show and part cultural festival, the event features 39 lighted displays (including a 200-foot dragon), performances, food and more. The traveling exhibit is staged by Tianyu Arts and Culture.
The Ohio Chinese Lantern Festival takes place from 5-10 p.m. nightly (weather-permitting) at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Park at the Ohio Expo Center & State Fair, 717 E. 17th Ave., Columbus 43211.
