2 slices (1 ounce each) Canadian bacon, chopped
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 can (16 ounces) black beans, rinsed, drained
1 can (16 ounces) light red beans, rinsed, drained
1 can (16 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed, drained
1 can (16 ounces) Great Northern beans, rinsed, drained
2 cans (8 ounces each) no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place bacon and onion in a nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until onion is tender and edges of bacon are lightly browned.
Place beans in a mixing bowl. Add bacon mixture. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over beans. Stir to blend. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
