2 cups low-fat or nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 pound fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries.
1 cup orange juice
1 pound fresh or frozen blueberries
Fresh fruit for garnish (optional)
Puree 1 banana, 1 cup yogurt, strawberries and 1/2 cup orange juice in a blender until smooth. Divide among four glasses.
Puree remaining banana, yogurt, orange juice and blueberries until smooth. Divide among four glasses.
Garnish with fruit, if desired.
