The Easter Egg-stravaganza
The Easter Egg-stravaganza is great family fun for all ages from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at Infirmary Mound Park, 4309 Lancaster Rd. S.E., Granville. The egg hunt is divided into five age categories, including adults. Over 5,000 candy and prize-filled eggs dot the hunting grounds, just waiting to be scooped up by little hands. Participants can play several egg games, enjoy a petting zoo and pony rides or get their face painted. The event will take place at Infirmary Mound Park's shelter #5. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m. with events starting at 2 p.m. The actual hunt begins promptly at 3 p.m. $3 fee per participant, free for Park Express members. Spring Eggstravaganza
Come to the annual Spring Eggstravaganza at the softball fields of Highlands Park for a fun-filled morning of crafts, an egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Areas are separated by age. Home School Program: From Sheep to Sweater
In this program for children age 8 and older. Students will get a thorough understanding of what it takes to create clothing and other fiber products. The day will begin with watching the skills of sheep shearing. Students will then wash fleece, make a simple CD spindle, spin yarn and create felt. The children will leave with some wool, their own spindle and some felting needles. The cost of the class is $25. Space is limited so register by calling (740) 363-2548. Sign Language with your Baby, Toddler or Preschooler
