Central Ohio libraries host special events
Summer reading clubs at local libraries are in full swing, with a slate of related children’s programming.
Columbus Metropolitan Library will host New York Times bestselling author Margaret Peterson Haddix on June 13 and 15. Peterson Haddix, who has written about three dozen books for youth and teens, will hold four interactive talks: 11 a.m. June 13 at the Dublin branch, 75 N. High St.; 4 p.m. June 13 at the Whetstone branch, 3909 N. High St.; 11 a.m. June 15 at Main Library, 96 S. Grant Ave.; and 2 p.m. June 15 at the Southeast branch, 3980 S. Hamilton Road.

Next week at the Delaware County District Library, Jeff Boyer will perform an interactive show, “Bubble Trouble,” in which he juggles, sculpts and builds with bubbles.
The free family shows will be held at 6:30 p.m. June 20 at the Orange Branch Library, 7171 Gooding Blvd., and at 6:30 p.m. June 21 at the Delaware Main Library, 84 E. Winter St.
