Catch the exhibit before it ends Sept. 17

If your family hasn’t yet made it to Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens to see Blooms & Butterflies, hurry before they take flight.

The 24th annual edition of Blooms & Butterflies, which opened in March, closes Sept. 17. The centerpiece of the exhibition features hundreds of butterflies flitting around the Pacific Island Water Garden. New butterflies are released each day at 1 and 3 p.m.

While there, check out Topiaries at the Conservatory: Wild Wonders. The collection of 14 animal-themed topiaries runs through Oct. 29. A related photography exhibit by the Columbus College of Art & Design closes Sept. 17.

Exhibits are included with admission, which is $14 for adults, $7 for children ages 3-12 and free for ages 2 and younger. For more information, go to fpconservatory.org.
