City's annual family event is Sunday
Autumn arrives a little early in Hilliard this year as the city hosts its annual Fall Festival.
The family event takes place from 1 to 4 p.m. Sept. 17 at Roger A. Reynolds Municipal Park, 3800 Veterans Memorial Drive. Activities include hayrides, COSI, a petting zoo, farm animals, wood and pumpkin carving, the Turtle Lady, Dr. Insects, games, inflatables and food trucks.
Admission is free, though there is a charge for some activities. Proceeds from the pumpkin patch and a Ducky Dash will benefit Patches of Light, a nonprofit that assists families of critically ill children.
