Keeping New Year's resolution is hard. Sometimes you just don't feel like going to the gym or you just really want to eat junk food.

Maybe it's time to consider a different kind of resolution -- a family resolution.

Sit down with your kids and come up with a list of positive changes your family could make: Maybe your family could resolve to donate time to charitable causes, yell at each other less, eat healthier, or spend more time together.

With everyone working together toward a positive goal, you're sure to have a happier, healthier 2011.
