When I recently overhead two moms at the playground discussing whether Crocs would repair broken straps, my ears pricked up.
This summer I had a blow-out on my favorite pair. I was devastated to learn that Crocs no longer made that particular style. Stupidly, I tossed the shoes.
A quick review of the website reveals that, yes, the company will replace broken straps and rivets on many of its shoes. The company will typically mail out replacement items at no charge as long as the parts are available.
Check out the website for more details.
