Head to Downtown Columbus on Saturday, Sept. 15 for the 5th annual Independents' Day. It's a day-long festival (from 11 a.m. to 11 p..) at the intersection of Gay Street and Pearl Alley.

There's a plethora of entertainment, including 36 different bands, comedy acts and dance performances. The youngsters can enjoy the Kids' Space, and don't miss the work of local artists.And if you're hungry, several food trucks will be making an appearance.
