Learn about and visit a wide variety of horse breeds

Kids will enjoy exploring the Equine Affaire, the annual equine exposition, taking place April 11-14 at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus.

The event, which draws thousands of horse owners and equine industry members, includes programs about equestrian sports, horse training and different horse breeds.

Visitors can learn about and visit with a wide variety of horse breeds from miniatures to stock horse to sport horses. There also is a youth pavilion where children can paint model horses, get (temporary!) tattoos and make stick horses.

Tickets cost $15 for adults and $8 for children ages 7 to 10. Kids aged 6 and younger are free. For more information, visitwww.equineaffaire.com.
