kid-friendly astronomy and physics
Families can learn about the winter sky during evening events at Perkins Observatory on the Ohio Wesleyan University campus.
The programs include kid-friendly lectures that offer interesting facts about astronomy and physics. Programs are scheduled for8 p.m.onDec. 4, 11 and 18.
Tickets cost $6 for children and $8 for adults. The observatory, which plans to raise ticket prices by $2 in January, recommends buying tickets in advance. Tickets can be purchased by calling 740-363-1257.
