What was your favorite book when you were growing up? I loved "Superfudge" by Judy Bloom. I read that book over and over. What's your current favorite book to read to your child? One of our favorite books is "Olivia" by Ian Falconer. As a librarian, I enjoy reading "The Wide-Mouthed Frog" by Keith Faulkner to my storytime kids. What is the most-played song on your iPod right now? "Catch Me" by Mary Mary If you HAD to be on a reality-TV show, which one would it be? "The Apprentice" (before it became celebrity). Who is your favorite parent character from books, TV or movies:Cliff Huxtable from "The Cosby Show." He cracks me up! Which super-hero power would you like to have:Superhuman speed. You know the ability to change a diaper, pay a bill and cook dinner in 15 seconds flat.
Favorite thing to do for cheap family fun in Central Ohio:Visit the Columbus Museum of Art. Favorite restaurant for the whole family:Max & Erma's. They have an ice cream bar - you can't beat that! Favorite way to spend a Saturday afternoon:Hanging out with my family. What have you learned as a parent that you wish someone had told you before had that first kid:You will no longer be referred to be your "real" name anymore.I am now "Kennedy's mom" and I don't mind a bit. What's something your mom or dad did that you thought was nuts when you were a kid and now you understand:They always insisted that we say, "Yes, sir" and "No, ma'am."
