Libraries Lend Hand to Students
Columbus Metropolitan Library has reopened its Homework Help Centers.
The centers, which are offered at all 23 CML branches, offer students in grades K-12 assistance with their schoolwork. The service is free and staffed by library employees and volunteers five days a week. Patrons have access to library resources and technology, including computers and printers.
Operating hours are based on school dismissal times. They are:
3-6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays – Canal Winchester, Driving Park, Franklinton, Livingston, Marion-Franklin, New Albany, Parsons and Whitehall 3:30-6:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 3-6 p.m. Fridays – Dublin, Gahanna, Karl Road, Main Library, Martin Luther King, Shepard, South High and Whetstone 3:30-7:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 3-6 p.m. Fridays – Hilliard 4-7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 3-6 p.m. Fridays – Hilltop, Linden, Northern Lights, Northside, Reynoldsburg and SoutheastFor more information call 614-645-2275 or go to columbuslibrary.org/hhc.
