Capriccio Youth Choir: Summer Institute
Ages served: entering grades 2-12

Description: The Summer Institute is open to any singers who want to explore choral music and enhance their skills. We enhance music reading skills, ensemble and individual singing confidence, and explore a varied repertoire.
Cost: $95 non-CYC singer, $75 CYC member

City of Upper Arlington: Camp Jazz
Ages served: 12-16

Description: This weeklong camp will provide vocalists the opportunity to rehearse and perform solo with a band and as a member of a vocal jazz ensemble.

Columbus Children's Choir: Elementary Summer Singers Choral Day Camp

Description: This is an opportunity for singers to develop vocal technique and musicianship skills in an engaging setting. The program welcomes singers with unchanged voices at all levels of experience. The daily schedule includes music reading, movement and drumming.

Description: This is an opportunity for middle schoolers to develop vocal technique and musicianship skills in a fast-paced setting. Open to children with unchanged voices at all levels of experience, the week includes music reading, movement, drama and drumming.

Creative Strings: Creative Strings Workshop

Description: The Creative Strings Workshop Youth Program provides an opportunity for string players to study fiddle styles, blues, rock, world music and jazz with master artists from around the world.

GROOVE U: Write • Record • Play
Ages served: 13-19

Description: Spend a week at GROOVE U's campus and experience the song creation process from start to finish. Students will learn songwriting and audio and video production. The workshop culminates in a live performance of an original song at the Columbus Arts Festival.

The Ohio State University School of Music: Youth Summer Music Programs

Description: The School of Music offers a diverse series of programs designed to further students' understanding of—and love for—music, including Middle School Choral Academy, Concert Band Academy and Morning Strings Workshop.

There will be a Live On Stage performance for family at the conclusion of camp. Juniors Camp for ages 6-10 will be held in the morning, with Senior Camp for ages 11-18 in the afternoon.

WeJoySing: Heart Strings Early Childhood Music
