Dates/Times: 7/12-7/13; Full day (6+ hours)
Description: A fun opportunity for singers of all levels to experience great choral music and improve music theory and vocal skills. Directed by CYC directors and guest choral directors. The camp concludes with an informance on the second day.
Cost: $50 for non-CYC singers, $25 for CYC singers. Tuition can be applied to choir tuition if the student joins Capriccio Youth Choir. Registration deadline -- Friday, June 24

Description: A comprehensive day camp for woodwind, brass and percussion students designed to assist in the improvement of performance skills that relate directly to the positive experiences of playing in a large ensemble.

Description: We will cover performance, basic notation and tablature, stage presence and style, rhythm, harmony, songwriting, microphone techniques, the history and the business of rock. Special appearances by touring and recording artists during the week.

Description: The Creative Strings Workshop Youth Program provides an affordable opportunity for youth string players to study jazz, fiddle styles, blues, rock, and world music with master artists from around the world. No prior experience necessary!

Description: Spend a week at GROOVE U's state-of-the art creative campus and experience the song creation process! Students will learn the tips and tricks of songwriting, and produce their hit song using cutting-edge recording gear. Workshop runs Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm.

Description: Over the course of the week, students will write a song together, taking it from the initial idea to final master recording, and each student will go home with a copy. We'll examine the elements of a song and talk about melody, rhythm, tempo, lyrics and instrumentation. This camp breaks down the technical language of the recording studio.

Description: The camp caters to string players, guitarists, pianists, vocalists, and composers. Wind and brass instrument instruction will be offered on request. The camp offers students an introduction to college music training.

Description: Come, discover how your baby, toddler, and preschooler learns and grows through joy-filled musical play. Sing, Laugh, Dance, and Play Instruments, as you learn together. Research based, developmentally appropriate, musical play based learning. Classes weekdays, evenings and Saturdays.
Cost: $50 per 4 week session. Classes meet once a week for 30 minutes. Class size is limited to 12 children and guardian.
